Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most locations in India. In case your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you after order placement.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 1-3 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all products across India

• Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Process

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package

• For large furniture items, delivery will be made to the ground floor only (depending on courier service)

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share images/videos as proof for quick resolution

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. Furneaser is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
